This medium viscosity, filled version of 3M™ Scotchcast™ Electrical Resin 250 offers many of the same advantages plus lower shrinkage, improved mechanical and thermal shock resistance and higher thermal conductivity. It has been tested to the requirements of MIL-I-16923G.
