rn Our formula emits lower odor than most 5 minute epoxies and provides high shear and peel strength. DP125 starts with medium viscosity for easy, controlled dispensing where you need it, and minimizes any runs, drips or migration. Its flexibility when cured makes it ideal for applications involving dissimilar surfaces, where coefficients of thermal expansion are a consideration. The mix ratio is 1:1 and provides a 25 minute work life to allow plenty of time for positioning and to adjust for fit prior to setting. The adhesive reaches handling strength in approximately 2.5 hours and is fully cured in 7 days (at 72 degrees F/22 degrees C). For best results, always use 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ EPX™ Plus II Applicator and Mixing Nozzles, sold separately. Both mixing nozzle and applicator are required for dispensing from the Duo-Pak cartridge.
