rn It maintains bond strength at high and low temperatures and can withstand paint bake operations up to 400 degrees F for 30 minutes.In many applications, you can use DP420 in place of mechanical fasteners, screws, rivets, spot welds, and is excellent for indoor bonding on a variety of substrates such as metals, ceramics, wood, many plastics, and glass. Our adhesive meets the requirements for UL 94 HB.

rn DP420 dispenses as a medium viscosity adhesive for easy, controlled dispensing. The adhesive reaches handling strength in approximately 2 hours and is fully cured in 24 hours (at 72 degrees F/22 degrees C). The mix ratio is 2:1 and provides a 20 minute work life, providing ample time to adjust for desired fit prior to curing. For best results, always use 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ EPX™ Plus II Applicator and Mixing Nozzles, sold separately. Both mixing nozzle and applicator are required for dispensing from the Duo-Pak cartridge.
