Electrical-grade, fast-drying enamel sealer and insulator in a pressurized can. Minimum order case quantity is 12, net wt. 12 oz.
This sealer protects surfaces against weather, moisture, corrosion, oil, alkalies and acids. The sprays can afford easy access to hard-to-reach spots. Use Insulating Spray sealers to spray over insulation on wire and cable splices, as a general-purpose sealer, or for touch-up insulation on motor windings and frames. Precautionary and first aid information for this product may be found in its Material Safety Data Sheet and on the product container.

安装承包商必须对电压≥600V的压缩机电机接线端子进行绝缘处理。
处理材料：
1. LOCTITE牌清洗液Loctite ODC-Free Cleaner&Degreaser（E1602007）
2. 3M公司Scotchfil牌油灰状电器绝缘材料 Putty胶带（E1602003）
3. 3M公司涂料 1601 Scotch Insulating Sprays （E1602006）
4. 3M公司 130C高压绝缘橡胶带（E1602004）
5. 3M公司 88号 电气绝缘胶带（E1602005）
处理步骤：
1. 用LOCTITE牌清洗液Loctite ODC-Free Cleaner&Degreaser清除各端子接头处的油和水
垢，保持干燥，清洁。
2. 首先用Scotchfil Putty填充区域内不规则部位，填充后整个部位为平滑整齐，方便后续其他
胶带的绕包操作；
3. 用1601 Scotch Insulating Sprays涂料涂抹接线柱磁套管上达1/2〞处，并沿电缆方向10〞
长的这一段电缆橡胶表面上涂1601 Scotch Insulating Sprays 涂料，均匀喷附，喷完后静置15分钟左右，达到辅助绝缘的目的。
4. 半重叠绕包130C高压绝缘橡胶带，将整个需要作绝缘处理的部位全部覆盖住，绕包时需要
拉伸、均匀，拉伸率约为100 %，绕包厚度需达8mm，也就是外径需增加16mm，达到主绝缘的效果；
5. 在绕包有130C胶带的部位半重叠绕包四层Super88 PVC胶带，将整个部位都覆盖住，起到良好的机械及表面保护作用。
6. 绕包结束后，再喷一层1601 Scotch Insulating Sprays涂料，将整个部位都包裹住，增加安全及可靠性的。（1601 Scotch Insulating Sprays涂料干燥时间大约15分钟）
